What are eStatements?

eStatements are simply your account statements in electronic format. This allows you to see your statements online.

Do eStatements contain the same information as my paper statements?

Yes. eStatements are required to have the same information as paper statements.

What are the benefits of eStatements?

eStatements are fast! eStatements are generally available within 24 hours from the time of processing. In comparison, paper statements that need to be printed, stuffed in envelopes, sealed, metered, and mailed can take up to two weeks to be received. In addition, eStatements help you cut down on paper clutter.

Can eStatements be printed and saved?

Yes. eStatements are produced in PDF format and can easily be printed and saved to your hard drive for easy, anytime retrieval. Files in PDF format can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available free of charge at Adobe's website.

Are eStatements legally admissible?

Yes. The eStatements from Melrose Cooperative Bank are legally admissible. They contain all the required components and disclosures.
